Since 24 I have been involved in rental properties when I bought my first fixer upper with the intention of living in one half and renting the other out and living "for free".

I had a great experience buying and fixing up my first rental property and found some great tenants to enjoy the new space.

Ever since then I have been buying properties that either need some TLC or that were great investments to add to my portfolio. It has been a goal of mine to hit a $1 million dollar net worth by the age of 30.

I am currently 32 and am continuing my pursuit to building my portfolio with multiple rental properties. I have been able to build a strong portfolio of rental properties and build my net worth to $3.47million. I want to share my experiences and learn from others as well who visit my website.

Most of all, I enjoy the business and look forward to what the future brings.
